The library team is delighted to welcome you back in our usual facilities on the ground floor of the library building and once again offer you the full range of our well-known services.
The library building may now be refered to as “freshly renovated”. This includes many invisible changes, such as new heating and earthquake-proof walls. Much more noticeable is the new visitor flow in the building through a main corridor. This will from spring 2022 onwards also be the connection to the new Learning Center. Already now the so called Avenue houses the entrance of the library, corners for consultations and events and the newly moved HSG-Shop.
The HSG library has got that new shine too. Through the Avenue you can get into the newly arranged information area. The reading room luminesces in ist modern sheen with new, moveable shelves. Other innovations are the integration of PhD and Masters study spaces, the new acquisitions shelf, and the increased quality of air through the plant concept by the HSG-Spin-Off Oxygen at Work.
Due to lacking demand the staffing hours of the circulation desk will be reduced and covered for by security personel. The opening hours of course remain the same. More on the opening and service hours.
